Ponds
***Please ensure your children stay off the ice if the ponds freeze and please make sure your children do not throw rocks out on the ice or in the ponds***
Commons Ground
***Boats, Kayaks, or Personal Flotation devices are not allowed on the PONDS***
***Bicycles, Mopeds, UTV, ATV, or Scooters are not allowed on Commons Ground***
HOA Message Board
**HOA dues for the 2026 year will not be increased and will remain the same at $216.00**
**Liens that are issued will be turned over to collection agency after it's filed**
**Just a reminder that holiday lights in your yard or on your house need to be removed by March 1st 2026**

Aberdeen is a covenanted community with 490 homes with 5 catch and release fishing ponds. We maintain a clean and friendly neighborhood by working together and completing projects that the homeowners request within our budget.

​Aberdeen is located in Northwest Wichita. This association is located just Northeast of 119th and 21st street. We are close to the New Market Square shopping center and have many restaurants in close proximity.
There are many doctor and health care facilities located close by with pharmacies close by to.
Annual Dues
Aberdeen HOA dues are due on or before March 1, 2026 for the amount of $216.00. For each month the payment is late, beginning on March 2, 2026, there will be a $15.00 late fee added, not to exceed $90.00.
